Nice and detached holiday cottage with large garden in a quiet area of Seignosse-le-Penon between beach and golf course.
The distance to the sea is approximately 1000 feet, to the shopping centre (pedestrian zone) 1600 feet, to the golf course 2600 feet. The saltwater lake of Hossegor is about 2 miles away.
The house is neatly and comfortably furnished. The living room with dinette has got a chimney, a sofa bed, a bookshelf and a Satellite-TV, a CD/radio/cassette player as well as a telephone from which you can receive calls. A wireless internet connection is also available.
The living room has access to the two partly covered terraces which have got lawn furniture, sun chairs and a barbecue.
The kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, hotplates/oven, microwave and coffee machine.
The bedroom has got a large French bed (55 inches large) and a single bed. If required, there is a bunk bed available which can be placed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and basin as well as separate toilet.
