Description
This beautiful holiday cottage has been built in 2009 and it is located in an absolutely quiet area of the picturesque village of Tosse, a neighbouring town of Seignosse.
Offering more than 1,700 square feet of living space, cottage SB5 has got air condition and a pool. Its furniture is modern and very tasteful. The spacious, bright living room includes a couch, two armchairs, a flat screen TV with international channels as well as a dinette for 6 persons. An internet access via W-LAN is also available.
The open, modern kitchen is perfectly equipped, including three induction hotplates, extraction hood, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a breakfast table. A washing machine as well as an ironing board and an iron are also available.
The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed (width: 63 inches) and has got its own bathroom with a shower, bath tub, bidet and basin. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms which are equipped by a double bed (width: 63 inches) and two single beds. Both bedrooms have got a wardrobe respectively. Moreover, there is a second bath room with shower, basin and toilet.
The property is completely fenced and offers a beautiful, partly covered terrace which is exposed to the south. It has got a barbecue and lawn furniture for 6 persons. You will enjoy having a jump into the pool on hot days.
The next Atlantic beach is about 6 miles away. The distance to the centre of the village with a bakery, a butcher, two restaurants and a small restaurant is about a ½ mile.
A carport is available on the property.
