Nice, detached cottage with large garden and direct access to the small river beach.
The distance to the sea is approximately 1700 feet, the centre of Mimizan-Plage with many shops and restaurants is about half a mile away.
Neat and comfortable furniture. The living room has got a couch, a chimney as well as a dinette.
There are 4 bedrooms with a double bed each. One has got an additional bunk bed for children. Having been renewed in 2010, the bathroom includes a basin and a barrier-free shower. Separate toilet.
The kitchen is completely equipped, including three electric and one gas hotplate, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer and toaster. The kitchen incorporates another dinette.
The covered terrace with barbecue is nice to have dinner outside.
Lawn furniture and sun chairs are available to relax outside.
You can park your car on the property.
