Description
Particularly nice and spacious cottage in a quiet and neat area in Labenne-Océan. The house L2 has got a large garden with trees and a small pool.
The distance to the Atlantic ocean is 500 ft. The shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, fast food and mini golf is about 1,500 ft. away.
The modern holiday home with parquet floor is tastefully and stylishly furnished, offering a lot of comfort. Besides the spacious living room with dinette, chimney, couch and satellite TV, there are three double bed rooms with a French bed each (55 inches large). If required, one double bed can be replaced by a bunk bed for children. Two bathrooms with shower and basin respectively as well as two toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including hotplates, oven, dish washer, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.
The large, partly covered terrace with lawn furniture, easy chairs, a hammock and barbecue invite you to have dinner and relax outside. You will enjoy cooling off in the pool when the days are hot.
The friendly and obliging owner lives in a separate apartment without access or insight into neither the house nor the garden. He will be pleased to help you out wherever he can.
The cottage L2 sleeps 4 to 6 persons.
