This particularly neat villa with large swimming pool is located in a quiet area of Hossegor. Only a small coastal road separates the house from the dunes.
The distance to the beach is approximately 350 feet. The centre of Hossegor with a variety of shops and restaurants as well as the saltwater lake are about half a mile away.
With nearly 1,400 square feet living space offers and its very comfortable and stylish furniture, the house meets even highest expectations.
The spacious living room with dinette and chimney includes leather couch and armchair, secretor, flat screen satellite TV and internet connection (W-LAN). From there, you have got access to the lovely winter garden and the large terrace including barbecue and lawn furniture as well as the garden with pool and sun chairs.
There are three bedrooms available. Two bedrooms have got a double bed, the third room consists of two single beds. One bathroom with basin and bath tub and another bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. A second, separate toilet is available.
The modern kitchen comprises hotplates/oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fruit press, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary equipment. A washing machine and a dryer are also available.
