The particularly nice holiday cottage L24 with 150 square yards living space is situated on a calm property of 1.440 square yards on the fringe of the pine forest in Labenne-Océan.

There is a tastefully furnished living room with dinette on the ground floor, including a couch, armchairs, a TV and a telephone from which you can receive calls.

The modern kitchen has got hotplates/oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen equipment.

Furthermore, the ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and built-in cupboard, as well as a bathroom with basin, shower, bidet and toilet.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds. An additional sleep is available on the gallery. There is also a second bathroom with bath tub and separate toilet.

You will enjoy one sunny and one shady terrace. Lawn furniture for 10 persons as well as a barbecue are available. You can store your bikes or surfboards in the cave.

Beautiful detached holiday house with very large fenced garden in a neat and very calm area of Seignosse-Bourg.

Tasteful and very comfortable furniture. The ground floor has a large living room with chimney, couch and s well as a dinette. Access to the terrace with barbecue and lawn furniture.

There are four bedrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has got a double bed, the other two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, basin and bidet. Separate toilet.

On the first floor one bedroom has a double bed and the other one two single beds as well as a separate bathroom with basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped including hotplates/oven, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

The car can be parked in the garage where there is an additional shower.

The distance to the Atlantic is about 3,5 miles, two lakes are less than a mile away. Shops are located in town.

The holiday cottage SB56 sleeps 6 to 8 persons.

The spacious holiday cottage H35  is located on the edge of a forest, in an absolutely quiet and neat area of Capbreton. It sleeps 6 to 8 persons. Pets are not allowed.

The beautiful house has got living space of more than 1,700 square feet and is comfortably furnished. The large living room includes an open chimney, a huge couch, TV with DVD-player, stereo set as well as a dinette. A computer with internet access and a second TV with play station are also available.

The open kitchen consists of four ceran hotplates with extraction hood, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. A laundry is arranged behind, including a washing machine, dishwasher as well as a second fridge and a freezer.

Two of the four bedrooms are located downstairs. One has got a bulk bed for children and a built-in closet. The other one comprises a large French bed (width: 55 inches). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with basin and bath tub as well as a separate toilet.

Another beautiful bedroom of 430 square feet is located upstairs. It includes a large French bed, open chimney, a couch and two armchairs as well as  a balcony with view on the garden and the forest. The terrace with lawn furniture and barbecue is a wonderful place to have dinner outside. The garden with nearly 6,500 square feet has got a warm water shower and is the perfect playground for children with its swing and slide. Sun chairs are also available.

Two parking lots are reserved for you on the property.

The cottage incorporates a completely independent granny unit in the basement, which is rented out separately. It has got a separate entrance and there is no insight into the house or the garden.

The distance to the broad ocean beach is about 1.7 miles, to the centre of Capbreton less than a mile. The daily fish market, the casino and the lovely harbour are approximately two miles away.

The holiday cottage H18 with jacuzzi has just been completed in January 2005 and is located in a central, but very quiet area of Capbreton.

The distance to the beach is about 1,700 feet. The daily fish market, the casino and the picturesque harbour are about 1,300 feet away.

The detached house offers approximately 1,900 square feet living space. Its modern and all brand-new furniture meets even highest expectations. The bright, spacious living room with air-conditioning consists of two large leather couches, TV and a small stereo set as well as a dinette for 6 persons.

Three bedrooms are available. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, including a double bed (63 inches large), TV, a large wardrobe as well as a bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet. The other bedrooms are both located on the first floor and include parquet floor and a wardrobe respectively.

The cottage H18 sleeps 4 to 6 persons.

The particularly nice country house is located in an exclusive location on a hill, in the surroundings of the lovely Basque town Bidart. The property of 65.000 square feet is treed with pines. From the property you will enjoy a fantastic view over the Atlantic and Bidart.

The cottage has got a very comfortable and rustic furniture. The ground floor consists of a large living room with chimney, leather couch and armchairs as well as a Blowup-Satellite-TV and music system. There is an integrated dinette with additional TV and a large bar. Four bedroom are available with a separate bathroom each.

Finnish sauna with shower. The cottage has got a large, covered terrace with barbecue. The property also includes a playground for children.

The holiday cottage BI1 sleeps 8 persons.

This neat detached holiday cottage with a nice garden is located in a quiet area of Biarritz, only half a mile away from the beach.

Property B6 which has been renewed in 2006 has got approximately 1,050 square feet living space. Its furniture is comfortable  and tasteful.

The spacious living room consists of a leather couch and three leather armchairs, TV, video and DVD player, a stereo set as well as a dinette.

There are two bedrooms available with double-glazed windows, a wardrobe and a double bed (width: 63 inches and 55 inches) respectively. If required, a folding bed for a child can be added.

The bathroom consists of a bathtub/shower, a basin and a separate toilet.

The large kitchen includes a dining corner, four gas hotplates with extraction hood, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, fridge with freezer as well as a dish washer. A washing machine is available in the laundry downstairs.

The beautiful  garden is fenced by a high and dense hedge, without insights from outside. A barbecue, lawn furniture and four sun chairs are available. The property measures 950 square yards approximately.

You may park your car toll free in front of the house. The distance to the next supermarket, many shops and the golf course is about 2,000 ft, the centre of Biarritz with its famous casino and a number of excellent restaurants is about a mile away.

The cottage B6 sleeps 4 to 5 persons.
