The nice apartment L18, offering approximately 520 square feet living space, is located on the second floor of the neat Résidence de l‘Eluza in Labenne-Océan. The apartment is on the backside of the house and therefore absolutely quiet.

The distance to the beach is less than 1,500 ft, a small shopping centre is about 1,000 ft. away.

The bright living room with dinette is nicely furnished. It comprises a couch, TV and a bookshelf as well as the table with chairs. From the living room, you have access to the two covered balconies with view on the pine forest. Lawn furniture and sun chairs are available.

 There is a bed room with two single beds. The convertible couch in the living room may sleep two additional persons.

Bathroom with bathtub/shower and basin. Separate toilet.

The kitchen is basic, but fully equipped including hotplates and oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and all necessary equipment.

You can park your can on a reserved lot in front of the house.

The distance to the closest beach is less than 300 ft. With some goodwill you can see the ocean from the apartment. A variety of shops, the Golf of Biarritz as well as the prestigious casino are all within walking distance. Despite this central location, the apartment is quiet.

The apartment has got parquet floor and consists of a large, brightly furnished living room with view over the Hôtel du Palais. It includes two couches, an open chimney, TV, radio as well as a dinette for 6 persons.
